Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION:
If you wish to cancel your order and it has not been packaged or shipped, we will gladly cancel your order. Orders may take up to 24 hours to process.
EXCHANGES:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different color or size, please return the unwanted item and purchase the desired item separately.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns or exchanges can only be made within 14 days of item's arrival date. If you have any further questions, please email us at sales@shophouseofolympia.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and not damaged.
  • Merchandise must have tags attached.
  • All merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
    • All ACCESSORIES are considered "Final Sale"
  • Items must be postmarked within 14 days of the arrival date.

All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply contact our info@shopshouseofolympia.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange, your order number and we will get back to you within two business days. 

Once the item is inspected, we will issue you a refund.

When shipping a return, please include the invoice and consider tracking and insuring your package. This is the best way to insure that your package can get to us. You are responsible for your item until it reaches us.

Please allow for processing time, as this may not be an instant transaction for some banks.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

U.S.A  Returns

Returns will be made with a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


International Returns: Returns will be made with a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
